2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply, where relevant, to:

  • your use of the StArt website;

  • StArt Media content;

  • digital products;

  • Systems & Tools;

  • StArt Academy courses;

  • educational programs;

  • customer accounts;

  • purchases made through the website; and

  • other products or services expressly made subject to these Terms.

Specific products, courses or programs may be subject to additional terms disclosed before purchase or enrolment. Where additional terms apply, they form part of the agreement relating to that offering.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Certain features, products or services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

You must notify us if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.

Unless otherwise stated, individual accounts and licences are intended for use by one person. You must not allow another person to use your account to access paid content where the relevant product or licence is intended for individual use.

We may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the security of our website, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

4. Products and Services

StArt may offer products and services including:

  • digital workbooks;

  • frameworks;

  • templates;

  • protocols;

  • educational systems and tools;

  • self-paced courses;

  • Academy programs;

  • educational resources; and

  • other digital or educational offerings.

The description, price, principal characteristics and any specific conditions applicable to an offering will be presented on the relevant product, course or checkout page before purchase.

We may introduce, modify or discontinue products and services from time to time.

Changes to existing paid digital content or services will be made in accordance with applicable law and will not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to you.

5. Orders and Formation of Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service under the terms presented to you at checkout.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the selected product or service, its principal characteristics, the total price, applicable taxes or charges, access or delivery conditions, these Terms and any additional terms presented in connection with the purchase.

A contract is formed when your order is accepted by StArt and you receive confirmation of the purchase, subject to applicable law and the information provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, manifest pricing or technical error, legal restrictions or unavailability of the relevant offering.

If we cancel a paid order and there is no lawful basis for retaining the payment, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website or relevant checkout page before you place an order.

The final amount payable, including applicable taxes and any additional charges imposed by StArt, will be displayed before you submit your order.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Depending on the payment method selected, the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider may also apply.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A subsequent price change will not alter the agreed price of an order already concluded, except where required or permitted by applicable law.

7. Digital Content and Access

Many StArt products and educational materials are supplied digitally.

Depending on the offering, digital content may be supplied through:

  • immediate download;

  • access through a customer account;

  • access through an educational platform;

  • email delivery; or

  • another method disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, access will be provided without undue delay following conclusion of the contract and successful completion of any required payment.

The duration of access, where relevant, will be stated on the applicable product, course or program page.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software and internet connection meet any technical requirements clearly disclosed before purchase.

8. StArt Academy and Educational Programs

StArt Academy provides educational content designed to develop knowledge, skills, systems and practical capabilities.

Depending on the particular offering, a course or program may include:

  • written lessons;

  • video or audio materials;

  • exercises;

  • workbooks;

  • frameworks;

  • templates;

  • assessments;

  • downloadable resources; and

  • other educational materials.

The exact content, format, duration and access conditions are determined by the description of the particular course or program at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of a StArt course or program does not constitute a regulated academic degree, professional licence, certification or government-recognised qualification.

StArt does not guarantee any particular academic, professional, financial, career, business or personal outcome from participation in a course or program.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where digital content or services do not conform to the contract.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Content published or provided by StArt is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

StArt content is not a substitute for individual professional advice, including medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.

References to psychology, behaviour, decision-making, performance, self-command or related subjects are provided in an educational context unless expressly stated otherwise.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information and educational materials provided by StArt.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

10. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions established by applicable law.

The application of the right of withdrawal depends on the nature of the product or service purchased.

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal where it applies, contact us at:

contact@startunlimited.net

Please provide sufficient information to identify your order and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Where applicable law requires a model withdrawal form or additional information concerning the right of withdrawal, this will be made available as required.

11. Digital Content and the Right of Withdrawal

Special rules apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Where you request immediate access to digital content during the statutory withdrawal period, we may ask you to provide your prior express consent to the beginning of performance and to acknowledge that, once the applicable legal conditions are satisfied, you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

Where the legal requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have not been satisfied, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Purchasing, accessing or downloading digital content does not by itself remove any statutory right where applicable law requires additional consent or acknowledgement.

12. Services Started During the Withdrawal Period

Different rules may apply where you purchase a service rather than digital content.

If you expressly request that provision of a service begins before the statutory withdrawal period expires, the consequences of withdrawal may depend on the extent to which the service has already been performed and the requirements of applicable law.

Where a service has been fully performed, the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal is subject to the conditions established by applicable consumer law.

13. Refunds and Consumer Remedies

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, price reduction, termination, conformity or other remedy to which you are entitled under mandatory consumer protection law.

Where digital content or a digital service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory remedies which, depending on the circumstances, may include:

  • bringing the digital content or service into conformity;

  • a proportionate reduction in price;

  • termination of the contract; or

  • reimbursement.

Any additional commercial refund policy offered by StArt for a particular product, course or program will be disclosed separately.

Any such commercial policy is additional to, and does not limit, mandatory statutory consumer rights.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the StArt website and materials made available through it are owned by or licensed to StArt Unlimited Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Protected materials may include:

  • articles and essays;

  • educational content;

  • course materials;

  • frameworks;

  • methodologies;

  • systems;

  • protocols;

  • workbooks;

  • templates;

  • graphics and illustrations;

  • videos and audio;

  • branding and logos;

  • website design elements; and

  • downloadable materials.

Purchase of a product or access to a course or program does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use purchased educational materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

15. Prohibited Use of StArt Content

Unless expressly authorised by StArt in writing or permitted by applicable law, you must not:

  • reproduce or republish substantial StArt materials;

  • sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute StArt materials;

  • share paid downloads or course access with unauthorised persons;

  • upload paid materials to public repositories, file-sharing services or similar platforms;

  • remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;

  • present StArt materials, systems or frameworks as your own;

  • use StArt materials to create a competing commercial product through substantial copying or unauthorised reproduction; or

  • otherwise commercially exploit StArt intellectual property beyond the licence granted to you.

Nothing in these Terms restricts uses that cannot lawfully be prohibited, including applicable statutory exceptions and limitations to intellectual property rights.

16. Acceptable Use

You must not use the StArt website, accounts, products or services:

  • in violation of applicable law;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts;

  • to introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technologies;

  • to interfere with the operation, integrity or security of the website;

  • to engage in fraud, deception or impersonation;

  • to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of StArt or any third party; or

  • to systematically extract or reproduce protected content in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the website, our users, our intellectual property and our services against misuse, unlawful activity and security threats.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate services provided by third parties.

Links may be provided for convenience, reference or informational purposes and do not, by themselves, constitute endorsement of the relevant third party.

Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies and practices.

StArt is not responsible for third-party websites, content or services outside our control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Website and Service Availability

We aim to maintain reasonable availability of our website and digital services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, security updates, technical failures, third-party infrastructure, events outside our reasonable control or necessary changes to the website or service.

Where a paid digital service is subject to mandatory consumer protection requirements concerning conformity, continuity or modification, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StArt will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from:

  • use of free informational or educational content contrary to its stated purpose;

  • misuse of our website, products or materials;

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control; or

  • third-party websites or services outside our control.

StArt does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer remedies or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

20. Privacy and Cookies

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy and managed, where applicable, through the cookie consent tools available on our website.

Use of the website does not constitute consent to non-essential cookies where applicable law requires separate consent.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account, product or service where reasonably necessary because of:

  • a material breach of these Terms;

  • fraud or suspected fraudulent activity;

  • unauthorised sharing or distribution of paid content;

  • a security threat;

  • unlawful activity; or

  • a legal or regulatory requirement.

Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Suspension or termination does not remove any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business operations or applicable law.

The current version of these Terms will display the date on which it was last updated.

The terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those presented or otherwise applicable when the relevant contract was concluded, unless a later change is validly applicable under law or agreed with you.

Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual and consumer protection requirements.

23. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms and our contractual relationship are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you may have to seek remedies before a competent court, consumer protection authority or other competent body.

24. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint concerning a StArt product, purchase or service, please contact us at:

contact@startunlimited.net

Please provide sufficient information about the relevant order, product or issue so that we can review your complaint.

We will seek to address legitimate complaints in accordance with applicable law.

Consumers may also have the right to contact competent consumer protection authorities or use applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures.

In Bulgaria, the competent consumer protection authority is the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите).

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Nothing in this section permits these Terms to be interpreted in a manner that reduces mandatory consumer rights.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any product-specific terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the terms applicable to your use of the website and your purchases from StArt, as relevant.

Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data and does not replace these contractual Terms.
