Founder

StArt was founded by Stefani Aleksova from an enduring interest in psychology, human behavior and the forces that shape how people think, decide and act.

With an academic background in psychology, complemented by studies in civil and corporate security, her work sits at the intersection of behavioral thinking, strategy and structured execution.

She created StArt as an independent platform for developing and organizing ideas that are often treated separately: self-command, behavioral systems, strategic decision-making, execution, personal capital, aesthetics and reputation.

As Founder, Editor-in-Chief and Chief Strategist, Stefani leads the development of StArt's editorial direction, educational architecture and original frameworks.

StArt is designed to become larger than its founder — an institution of ideas, systems and education built for people who intend to shape their lives deliberately.
